马世勇,男,1986年出生,副教授,硕士研究生导师。本科毕业于西安电子科技大学通信工程学院,研究生毕业于西电通院ISN国家重点实验室,研究领域为计算机视觉和人工智能。2016年底,获得澳大利亚新南威尔士大学医学院生物信息学博士学位。2017年初至2020年底,在美国约翰斯霍普金斯大学医学院担任博士后研究员,受资助于美国最大的蛋白质组学研究组织NCI-CPTAC,从事基于高通量方法的肿瘤标志物发现的方法学研究。

主要研究方向:

1:使用并设计基于统计学习和机器学习的计算方法,对大量生物样本的生物组学数据进行分析和挖掘,旨在发现不同疾病通路的组学数据模式。推演新的数学和计算方法来识别复杂的高维度的标识特征,从而整合成新的生物标识以及发现新的药物靶点等分子目标,进而构建对于疾病个体化诊断、治疗和管理的预测性模型。

2:深度学习、稀疏学习、低秩方法在计算生物学与药物计算领域的应用。
